At Kalatri, we are committed to providing you with high-quality handcrafted wooden products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Returns Eligibility

RETURNS

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping.

Items are returnable only if the damage is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery and supported with an unboxing video and photos.

No Returns/Refunds are applicable for orders shipped outside India.

Items purchased at discounted prices cannot be returned.

Custom Made/Commissioned items cannot be returned.

CANCELLATION

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases, please email us at contact@kalatri.com to discuss cancellation options.

Orders for "Made to Order" products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

Please specify the reason for your cancellation request in the email, along with your order details.

All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (unless the order received is damaged in shipping). An unboxing video must be shared within 24–48 working hours of receiving the order.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect the shipment externally upon delivery to your doorstep. This ensures you receive the correct products and helps identify any shipping damage immediately.

We highly recommend recording a clear video while unboxing your products. In the unfortunate event of damages or receiving incorrect items, please promptly email us your order number, shipment tracking details, along with photos and videos of the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in their original packaging.

We are happy to replace or refund in store credits for any items damaged in shipping.

Prices are subject to applicable taxes according to applicable laws. Prices, availability, and delivery charges may change without notice. If errors or discrepancies in pricing or product descriptions occur, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and correct any inaccuracies.
